Our Brand

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and execute original show ideas for series that live on socials.
- Lead our production team to manage all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Participate in sourcing, vetting, and management of production team including: videographers, editors, producers, etc.
- Set up and oversee processes within the team including: scheduling out shoots, meeting budgets, post-production.
- In early startup context, execute shows at an IC level including development, editing, etc.
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and shareable social content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and socials content creation.
- Evolve our existing content style into on-brand formats: zany, ambitious, iconic by contributing tactical execution playbooks to our toolkit.
- Understand, evaluate, and implement feedback from the team to improve your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in video production and editing.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and related trends.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content.
- Proficient in relevant video editing software.
- Experience with audio mixing and sound editing.
- ++ for color grading.
- Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve ambitious deadlines & craft.
- Strong network within creatives, videographers, editors, etc.
- Demonstrated interest in and proficiency in mentorship, team culture management.
- Insistence on utmost quality across multiple show productions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field preferred but not required.
