As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.
- Customer Focus: Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication and sharing market insights.
Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of your office's driving radius.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
- A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
- Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
