Quality Control Technician – Video/Projection/Camera

Rentex has an immediate opening for a full-time Quality Control Technician to work on our video/projection/camera equipment. We offer a great work environment, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefit package.

In this hands-on technical role, you check and maintain Rentex rental projectors and packages.

What you will do:

1. Check in equipment and packages
2. Diagnose, log, and repair items that do not pass QC
3. Assemble and configure equipment racks for client delivery
4. Organize and store tested equipment
5. Ensure equipment is presentable and in ideal working condition before going to clients
6. Possess a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload
7. Ability to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs
8. Assist other departments when necessary
9. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety
10. Follow Rentex QC processes

About you:

1. Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED.
2. Experience working with projectors
3. Basic understanding of IP-based networking (wired and wireless)
4. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and manage time in time sensitive situations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams a big plus)
