General Summary:
Reporting to the Web Content Manager, this is an exciting and varied role with responsibility for managing content on qualcomm.com, along with the opportunity to manage projects and collaborate with teams across the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Digital Strategy, Product Marketing, SEO, and Development teams to deliver effective content for the website, supporting each stage of the customer journey.
- Update existing pages and create new ones using Adobe Experience Manager CMS.
- Manage digital projects, including asset collection from stakeholders and managing feedback.
- Conduct QA testing on finished projects across breakpoints and device types.
- Contribute to the creation of new components and system enhancements with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers.
Required Competencies
- Experience in a web content/management capacity with wider digital marketing awareness.
- A great teammate who displays strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
- Experience using a website content management system (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Understanding of best practices across SEO, email campaigns, blogs and customer experience to drive brand awareness would be highly beneficial.
- Flexibility to work across multiple regions and adjusting hours based on stakeholders' needs.
- Proficient in English.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in website content or digital project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- A willingness to learn new technologies, with a can-do attitude.
- A high level of attention to detail when completing work independently.
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Adobe Workfront.
- Experience with Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
