The Consumer Web Content and SEO Specialist is a critical role in helping Texas Capital create a differentiated customer experience across our public consumer web properties. This role will own the firm’s public consumer website content strategy and execution across multiple lines of business for our consumer banking, digital banking and small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall strategy of the public facing Texas Capital website with a main focus on consumer and small business banking.
- Establish essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data and analytics team.
- Continuously optimize our SEM/SEO capabilities to ensure that the Texas Capital brand is top-of-mind for our target markets.
- Work closely with marketing research and sales enablement teams to understand and uncover insights specific to target audiences and relay into web architecture.
- Remain up to date with the latest web and CX trends to drive business initiatives now and forward looking to enhance overall effectiveness of web properties.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, media, social media or a related field – strong B2C background and experience with highly regulated industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degree.
- Experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.
- Working knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization (SEM/SEO).
- Advanced knowledge of web content management tools such as Acquia/Drupal.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environments.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Travel Requirements: 15-20% (typically between corporate offices as needed)
