Position Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Content Designer with a strong background in graphic design, video editing, and digital and print content creation to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can work across various design platforms to produce visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns, digital communications, and internal initiatives. You will collaborate closely within the Creative Services Team and other Marketing team members to bring our vision to life while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including presentations, brochures, trade show booths, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, videos and print materials.
  • Create and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Work with the Creative Services Manager to develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas for new projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools and technological advancements, and best practices to continually improve and innovate creative output.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Canva and PowToon is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and video editing work.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics, including working with audio and visual elements.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
