Job Description
As the Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all creative deliverables across three key areas: content, packaging, and photography. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our creative solutions are aligned with our company objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of creative deliverables.
- Direct the daily creative workload, assign new projects, review/refine work in progress, and attend new project meetings
- Continually analyze the creative team, environment, and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Set expectations for the creative team's quality of work
- Conduct staff reviews, provide mentorship, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Lead new business presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Design) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
