Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Accelerated degree in a related field and/or experience commensurate to job responsibilities.
- Ability to participate in and pass the Medication Administration Course.
- Applicants must submit an artist portfolio with their resume and cover letter.
General Requirements For All Positions
- Responsible for daily review, update, and completion of assignments as outlined in work management platforms and departmental software.

- Reporting of incidents timely to incident hotline and complete required reports on electronic platforms.
- Staying abreast of established policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Commitment to self-development and completion of required ongoing training requirements.
Key Duties
The following duties are the primary duties associated with this position; however, this position does require additional tasks as assigned that are necessary and appropriate to enhance and normalize the lives of individuals:
- Provide creative, individualized mentorship that promotes artistic growth and helps program participants reach their goals and achieve positive outcomes.
- Steward existing and seek new community partnerships that provide meaningful outcomes for represented artists.
- Oversee and provide direction for program volunteers.
- Attend to the individual needs of all ODAS&G artists, including assisting with meals, personal care, medication administration, and housekeeping.
- Assist with transportation of artists to and from the program and within the community.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all services per established policies and procedures.
- Place orders for supplies and equipment, once approved, following all established policies and procedures for purchasing.
- Assist with framing, finishing, documenting, and display of completed artwork.
- Will be responsible for fostering relationships within the art community to establish a network that allows artists to achieve their outcomes.
- Follow all emergency guidelines and procedures.
Pay Range:
$16.50/hour; additional $0.25/year of experience (Maximum two years) and pay differential for an accelerated degree.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, select Saturdays for exhibition openings.
