What we're looking for

Cleverside is seeking a talented Creative Producer, who will join our Marketing team.

Expected daily tasks:

1. Lead marketing creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, including video ads, banners, and playables. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
2. Analyse performance data on creative concepts to improve key performance indicators.
3. Monitor industry trends and competitor campaigns to ensure our marketing assets stay relevant and innovative.
4. Present creative strategies and results to CMO.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in a creative production role, preferably in the gaming industry.
2. Proven track record of managing creative campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing projects.
3. Familiarity with graphic design and motion design software.
4. Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to optimise marketing creatives.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage Marketing creative team.
6. Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and mobile gaming marketing metrics.
7. Passion for mobile gaming and experience with A/B testing will be a plus.
