The Graphic Designer leads the creative efforts of campaigns, collateral, and other marketing communications and materials. They collaborate with other members of the creative team to produce high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency, creating brand engagement, and driving the continued evolution of the Stanley Martin brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the concept and design of multiple projects from kickoff to delivery for both digital and print, including brand elements, marketing and ad campaigns, signage, and standards and guidelines.
• Stay current on design trends, industry developments, new tools and applications, and integrate them into design processes and concepts where/when applicable.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects.
• Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.
• Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
• Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus/major in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of design experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in Dreamweaver (HTML, CSS).
• Outstanding creative judgment and familiarity developing creative in digital and print media.
• An ability to think both creatively and strategically, effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform under pressure with close attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and leadership skills.
• 3D modeling, lighting, rendering experience a plus but not required.
• This is a hybrid position, four days a week in office (Reston, VA).
