Graphic Designer Job at Smartdept. inc. in Palmetto

smartdept. is searching for a Visual Graphic Designer for a design services client. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience. This is a part-time (15-25 hrs/week) project-based, fully remote contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension. Compensation for this position is expected to be $25-30/hour depending on experience level and fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines, and translating strategic direction into high-quality design.
• Working with a variety of teams and clients to develop new approaches and create compelling designs.
• Creating visual concepts by hand or with software, and developing the layout and production of artwork for a range of materials, such as decks/briefs, logos, web pages, packaging, presentations, signage, and marketing materials.
• Creating the visual brand identity for a company or organization.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need:

• Education/Experience:
• *Bachelor's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required.
• *3-6 years experience required.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of Google Slides and Canva is a plus.
