Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).
3. Thorough understanding of the use of communications media to achieve client’s objectives.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
5. Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
6. Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
7. Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality design.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Duties

1. Produce high-quality, original graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
2. Ensure all visual assets align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all channels.
3. Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
