Key Responsibilities:

1. You'll be the visual voice of Soul Jams, ensuring our brand stands out with unique, creative, and consistent design across all platforms.
2. You should have strong expertise in either one or all of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva to create impactful designs.
3. Through captivating social media graphics, eye-catching event promotions, and compelling visual content, you'll help increase engagement and draw new audiences to our brand.
4. You'll take concepts from brainstorming sessions and turn them into powerful, visually-driven materials that bring us and our sessions to life.
5. Your designs will help communicate our message more effectively, turning abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.
6. You'll introduce fresh design ideas and trends, ensuring that Soul Jams stays ahead of the curve and consistently delivers innovative content.
7. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards, making a direct impact on productivity and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
3. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
4. Portfolio of work
