About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
2. Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
3. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
5. Optimize designs for accessibility, usability, and performance across devices and platforms.
6. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Provide design specifications and assets for development and ensure seamless handoff to the engineering team.
8. Identify and address UX pain points based on user feedback and data analytics.
