About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
5. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
7. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
2. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
3. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Exceptional communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
7. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
