Coming together to create digital change We’re seeking a Senior UX Engineer with strong visual design , Figma expertise , and a passion for improving user experiences. In this role, you’ll independently drive key UX initiatives for innovative software products in a regulated industry. Design user-friendly, compliant interfaces using standards such as W3C, Material Design, and Apple HIG. Execute and maintain a Design Language System (DLS) in Figma (advanced component and variable usage required). Lead user research, usability testing, and prototype creation to validate and iterate on design concepts. Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for UX best practices and guide product improvements. Deliver high-quality UX documentation and design specifications. What We’re Looking For : 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices). Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, themes, variables). Proven ability to create, present, and justify design decisions. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Degree in Human Factors, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
