The Graphics and Programs Specialist is responsible for creating compelling visual materials and managing organizational programs and sites. This role involves designing graphic and signage packages for existing and new sites, traveling to existing sites to ensure that signage and graphics meet standards, and composing and delivering communications to offices. They will assist in creating and managing internal websites utilizing SharePoint for the organization. The Graphics and Programs Specialist will focus on graphic and signage design, program coordination, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce graphics and signs for both existing and new sites.
- Collaborate with the marketing or design team to ensure consistency with branding guidelines.
- Assist with the creation of internal programs and policies for the various sites.
- Design and send out communications to offices, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational messaging.
- Create and manage internal sites for the organization.
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Work with vendors to procure quotes and create purchase orders (POs).
- Request budget approvals from appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals within financial constraints.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
