As a Media Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media plans that ensure our advertising campaigns effectively reach target audiences. You will work across various media platforms, both online and offline, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that align with clients marketing goals. Your role will involve planning, coordination, and performance evaluation of media campaigns.
What we’d like you to do
Media Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with the clients marketing objectives, target audience, and budget.
Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of creative assets and adherence to campaign timelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Budget Management: Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams, including creative, media buying, and insights, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and plan alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media opportunities, and emerging technologies to continually refine and improve media planning processes.
What we’d like you to bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media planning or a related role, with a proven track record of successful media campaigns is a requirement.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in media planning
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, media buying platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
