1. Organize weekly song sets.
2. Provide key charts & words to team members.
3. Make a monthly schedule of which members will participate.
4. Lead practice times & Sunday morning musical elements.
5. Participate in Sunday morning worship.
6. Be able to effectively lead worship on guitar or keyboard or vocal or a combination thereof in a contemporary fashion.
7. Work closely with Pastor for order/flow of worship.
8. Objectively evaluate the reception of new music presented to the congregation.
9. Represent the church in a positive manner & be supportive & helpful to all members and staff.
10. Oversee the administrative duties of the worship & music ministry, working closely with the pastor, the worship committee, and others involved in the music ministry.
11. Demonstrate a commitment to our church’s vision & blended style of worship.

Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour
