Job Responsibilities:
- Organize weekly song sets.
- Provide key charts & words to team members.
- Make a monthly schedule of members' participation.
- Lead practice times & Sunday morning musical elements.
- Participate in Sunday morning worship.
- Lead worship effectively on guitar, keyboard, vocals, or a combination in a contemporary style.
- Work closely with the Pastor to ensure proper order and flow of worship.
- Objectively evaluate new music presented to the congregation.
- Represent the church positively, being supportive and helpful to members and staff.
- Oversee administrative duties of the worship & music ministry, collaborating with the pastor.
Pay Range:
$18 – $20
