Job Description

Refuge Christian Church is seeking a Full-Time Pastor located in Hamilton County, Indiana, just outside of Noblesville. We are looking for a candidate who can work collaboratively with the current Elders, Church Board, and various committees.

Refuge is a non-denominational church with a rich heritage from the Restoration Movement. Our statement of faith is available on the church website. While the congregation is over 100 years old, we have an updated building and an active ministry to the community. Current positions include a full-time Senior Minister and a part-time music minister, both of whom are retiring in July 2024.

Preferences will be given to candidates with experience and an interest in all phases of the church’s ministry.
