Role: Music School Brand Representative – North West London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,000 per annum (includes £3,000 London weighting if your home address is within the M25; base salary is £26,000) + up to £3,000 commission

Holiday: 12 weeks paid holiday a year

Location: This is a travelling role. You will be in schools in London, with occasional UK travel required.

Fuel: Fuel card included in addition to salary (Driving Licence and own transport are essential requirements for the role)

The Role

• Deliver music assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
• Excite and inspire children aged 4-11 to learn an instrument in a rock band
• Perform daily in front of children
• Create lasting relationships with the school’s staff

Skills and Experience

• Multi-instrumentalist - skilled on at least 3 of: drums, guitar, keyboard, and vocals
• Excellent communication and social abilities with both children and adults
• Dynamic, confident, and approachable
• Thrive on performing and public speaking
• Personable and people-focused
• Sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Comfortable working independently
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Monday – Friday daytime only
• Full training in our assembly and workshop delivery

Additional Information

This role involves regular work with children and meets the definition of regulated activity, exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You must disclose all unprotected unspent and spent cautions and convictions.
