Role Description: We are looking for an Architectural Photographer who will create high-quality, creative photos and videos using DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals, and other state-of-the-art equipment. Residential renters, homebuyers, and commercial real estate owners rely on CoStar to provide high-quality media to market their properties. Your media will drive transactions for millions of visitors to CoStar’s websites each month.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.
2. Create compelling exterior media for residential local neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
3. Use professional-grade cameras, tilt-shift lenses, drones, gimbals, and sliders to create visually appealing media.
4. Travel may be required up to a week per month as determined by business needs.
5. Utilize time of day, season, and location to best photograph assignments.
6. Edit all photography and video in a timely fashion resulting in a completed project.
7. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients during all aspects of media shoots.
8. Engage in continued learning and development of your craft.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Demonstrable practical experience as a professional Real Estate Photographer or Architectural Photographer.
2. Portfolio review: Submit your portfolio including architectural, real estate, and exterior lifestyle media.
3. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience.
4. Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting.
5. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
6. Experience using MAC OS and MS Office.
7. Must have FAA Part 107 License/Certification (to be obtained within 30 days of offer).
8. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
9. Permanent US work authorization.
10. Must be able to rent a car for company travel.
11. Must be able to drive for extended periods of time up to 2 hours.
12. Must be available for night and/or weekend projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Enjoys challenges of photographing buildings and neighborhoods in various environments.
2. Strong relationship-building skills.
3. Flexible and adaptable with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
4. Experience in commercial drone photography is desirable.
5. Ability to capture and edit beautiful interior and exterior property videos and photography.
6. Full understanding of best practices for Architectural Photography, demonstrating artistic vision and creativity.
