The Role:

As a PR and Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Public Relations and Press Outreach:

  1. Assist in managing our PR efforts by writing press releases and generating leads with PR contacts and media outlets.
  2. Maintain and update our press contacts database.
  3. Organize and execute press pulls, events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  4. Track media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
  5. Generate organic press coverage through press outreach prior to product launches and when the brand expertise aligns with news and trends.

Affiliate Program Management:

  1. Oversee our PR and Influencer affiliate marketing program to drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners.
  3. Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on program success.
  4. Develop strategies to optimize affiliate engagement and revenue growth.

Customer Experience x Community Management:

  1. Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey across all touchpoints.
  2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, phone, and social media.
  3. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually learn from our community and improve the customer experience.
  4. Maintain and update customer service protocols and guidelines.

Clienteling x Styling:

  1. Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with our community.
  2. Provide tailored service to enhance the shopping experience, including personalized styling recommendations and follow-ups.
  3. Track and analyze customer preferences to better cater to their needs and build loyalty.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, communications, sales, or marketing.
  2. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and communication materials.
  3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proactive, results-oriented, and a can-do attitude.
  8. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  9. High level of curiosity and empathy, with a customer-focused mindset.
  10. Interest in AI tools and their application in marketing.
  11. Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
