About the job:

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform site-level optimization: improving site structure, page construction, compelling SEO copywriting, and updating metadata.
2. Perform keyword research: keyword lists and content/keyword mapping.
3. Prioritize SEO initiatives for the most impact.
4. Take sole responsibility for various SEO campaigns where required.
5. Benchmark competitors' SEO efforts.
6. Communicate the changing organic search landscape.
7. Your role would also include measuring traffic growth through Google Webmaster and Analytics and adapting the latest SEO changes to deliver strong results.
8. Perform SEO maintenance on a regular basis and monitor SEO performance.
9. Analyze competitor backlink profiles.
10. Good experience in creating content for online mediums including blogs, websites, infographics, online videos, competitions, and social media campaigns.

Skills:

1. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
2. Experience in Digital Marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
3. In-depth keyword research.
4. Develop and execute off-page SEO through link-building.
