Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with project managers, business users, and technical architects to design responsive and accessible modern web applications. You will be responsible for creating prototypes, developing style sheets, and providing essential components for application developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing responsive and accessible modern web applications in collaboration with project managers, business users, and technical architects.
2. Creating prototypes, developing style sheets, and providing essential components for application developers.
3. Utilizing UX/UI design principles and best practices to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or related UX mockup and prototyping software.
5. Ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines and designing accessible interfaces.
6. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and Figma.

Preferred: 3 years of experience in Sketch.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5 Years Required: UX/UI Design of Web Applications
2. 5 Years Required: Figma
3. 3 Years Required: MUI
4. 3 Years Preferred: Sketch

Note: Applicants must have excellent communication and presentation skills, familiarity with agile development processes, and experience conducting heuristic evaluations and expert reviews to identify usability issues. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity are essential to address user needs and pain points effectively.
