The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of visual designs, creating brand identities, website designs, mockups, and user experience and interface design.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a UX/UI Designer. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of visual designs, creating brand identities, website designs, mockups, and user experience and interface design. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative design strategies that align with our marketing goals and business objectives.
2. Lead UX/UI design efforts to ensure all digital assets provide an exceptional user experience and meet conversion optimization goals.
3. Oversee brand development, including maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
4. Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectations.
5. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure designs are cohesive and aligned with marketing strategies.
6. Communicate design visions and rationales clearly to team members and stakeholders.
7. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and digital marketing strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Have previous experience in Branding, Logo creation, Website Design, Visual Design, Mockups, and User Interface Design skills
2. User Experience (UX) and Front-End Development skills
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision)
4. Proficiency in Figma for Website / App / System Designs.
5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
6. Experience conducting user research and usability testing
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
9. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, or related field

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques.
2. Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions.
