- UI/UX Product Designer Job at Joinswsh in New York

We are looking to hire a UI/UX Product Designer to work full-time and help drive development of product features from start to finish. This is an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing startup with a product-led growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• You are a junior designer with experience in end-to-end product design and a passion for building user experiences that matter.
• You’ve worked on iOS and web products and can design interfaces that are both functional and delightful.
• You can take a problem statement and lead it through the entire design process — from user research and concept development to prototyping and working closely with engineering for handoff.
• You understand the value of product-led growth and how design plays a critical role in driving user adoption and retention.
• You already use swsh and understand our product and audience.

WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Developing end-to-end designs for product features, from initial problem statements to final engineering handoff.
• Designing across platforms (web and iOS)
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Taking ownership of your projects and delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You are an expert at conducting user interviews to inform your design decisions.
• Design features end-to-end: From user research and problem definition through to wireframes, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
• Collaborate on product growth initiatives: Design experiences that drive product-led growth.
• Enhance user experience: Focus on creating seamless and engaging experiences that delight users and increase retention.
