Overview

ISHPI is a recognized industry leader in providing Cybersecurity support and consulting services to our Federal agency and Department of Defense partners. We specialize in developing and performing Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations processes to ensure systems and services achieve and maintain adequate levels of compliance and operational security posture throughout all phases of their lifecycle. We are currently seeking candidates for this position to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) IT Support effort.

Responsibilities

1. Perform video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server.
2. Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment and execute repair or initiate trouble ticket to the appropriate office for support of components and connections external to site VTC system.
3. Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations operate at optimal performance and capacity.
4. Resolve system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations.
5. Schedule Audio/Video (AV) VTC sessions, maintain a call schedule, and coordinate reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services with outside agencies for executive-level users.
6. Perform setup, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions.
7. Provide client consulting and training on control interfaces and use of audio/visual and VTC equipment.
8. Act as equipment custodian and perform inventory asset management and accountability functions.
9. Provide life cycle refresh projections for AV/VTC infrastructure and AV equipment build out projects.

Qualifications

Accredited BS degree or higher and four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Certification Requirement: Requires active DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification of either CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP.

Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
