Application of human-centered design methods to translate user needs, business goals, business objectives and capabilities to create a best in class user experience and digital product experience.

Responsibilities

1. Partner and collaborate with UX Lead, Art Director in ideating and designing pragmatic user experiences with a focus on meeting underlying business objectives.
2. Recommend strategically sound solutions to meet user needs and business goals.
3. Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, backed by journey mapping, persona development, user stories, and prototyping.
4. Work with other designers, digital product managers, and technology teams to create and implement best-in-class design solutions across product lines.
5. Design web and mobile layouts, design conversions across devices, and support supplementary design requirements.
