Your responsibilities

  1. Identify and secure downstream Hydrogen end-use sales and originate hydrogen offtake transactions with a focus on core markets in the United States.
  2. Drive the sales, marketing, and brand growth of our hydrogen products and services business in the United States.
  3. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention.
  6. Leverage market research, industry insights, and a customer-centric approach to expand market share in the hydrogen sector.

Your profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Advanced Degree and/or MBA is a plus.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally within the industrial gases (hydrogen), clean energy, ammonia, or related sectors.
  4. Self-starter with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion, particularly in a B2B environment.
  5. Strong understanding of the U.S. energy markets, hydrogen technologies, industrial gases, and sustainability trends.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
  8. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse departments.
  9. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a data-driven analytics approach to decision-making.
  10. Intuitive knowledge of commercial and technical feasibility of deal leads to prioritize origination efforts.
  11. Proven track record in collaborating on large scale transactions with team members and stakeholders.
  12. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple potential transactions and business opportunities.
  13. Quantitative modeling skills - demonstrable knowledge of either asset modeling or modeling and pricing commodity structures.
  14. Strong team player able to cooperate with members from internal support desks (Operations, Documentation, Risk, Legal, other Front Office desks).
  15. Knowledgeable in Hydrogen Supply and Value Chains.
  16. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
