Established in 2008, we are an independent insurance agency located on Gause Boulevard in Slidell, LA. At All Saints, we offer products from many different companies which allows us to find the right mix of companies, coverage, and rates for you.

You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to really listen to the needs of our clients. An effective Producer will drive an excellent client experience through having a service heart, and being humble, conscientious, and optimistic.

Mission of the Insurance Producer:

The mission of the Producer is to serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a 93% Premium Retention Rate on the book of business assigned to them.
  2. Sell at least 25 policies per month with a minimum premium of $40,000 by following our sales process and maintaining a close rate of over 50%.
  3. Identify training needs with assistance from managers. Develop a personal improvement plan and take responsibility for learning and improving technical and sales skills regularly.
  4. Generate additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
  5. Transfer non-license work to the Account Technician so you can focus on revenue saving or generating activities.
  6. Maintain a positive work attitude and participate in our marketing efforts.

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission/Bonus
