We are looking for a dynamic and driven P&C Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will play a critical role in helping families protect their future by offering life insurance products that provide financial security in the event of an unexpected loss.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.
2. Cold calling over the phone and knocking on doors to offer and sell insurance.
3. Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system.
4. Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.
5. Networking at the local Chamber mixers and other professional organizations/associations.

Requirements:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Self-motivated, with a desire to continuously improve and succeed.
5. Active P&C insurance license.
6. Bilingual is a Plus (Turkish, Spanish, Russian, Lithuanian).
