Essential Job Functions:

As an Insurance Trusted Advisor, you will take ownership of customer interactions while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right insurance decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of insurance sales and general customer service.

This is a full-time position looking for employees to become a part of our team!

Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred
• Prior insurance experience preferred but not necessary
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
• Basic computer skills
• Insurance license preferred or the capability to be licensed within 30 days of hire
• Must be willing to undergo a background check as required
• Must have dependable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relevant records
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases
• Set appointments and meet with prospective customers and business owners
• Maintain professional phone etiquette
• Meet and exceed current and prospective client expectations
• Set goals with an action plan
