We are passionate about driving growth for wellness and day spa brands, and we're seeking a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team.We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist who can plan, create, and manage multiple Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running successful paid advertising strategies, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns for better results. As a part of our team, you will work closely with our Account Manager to generate traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize Google Ads Campaigns for various businesses, primarily for spa clientele.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize existing and create new campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• Create compelling ad copy that aligns with our clients' brand goals.
• A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the team.
• Create landing pages for analytics and conversion tracking.

Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of experience in handling PPC primarily with either Google Ads or Meta
• Agency level experience with an eye for campaign quality and desirable results
• Able to work in-office in our Plantation, FL location

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
