We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on analytics and e-commerce. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Merchandising & Strategy
  • Oversee the digital merchandising of products across all channels (website, email campaigns, social media, etc.), ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing presentation that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer shopping experience.
  • Utilize analytics and customer insights to inform product placement, optimize promotional strategies, and drive cross-selling opportunities. Focus on improving revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage product bundles, kits, and curated collections to drive higher average order values, enhance customer satisfaction, and support marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to ensure accurate setup and seamless integration on the website, ensuring proper display and functionality for a smooth customer experience.
  • External Marketing Partnerships & Strategy
  • Partner Relationship & Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external marketing partners, including agencies, affiliates, influencers, and paid media vendors. Ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Agency & Affiliate Coordination: Lead the strategic coordination with external partners to ensure product promotions, messaging, and campaign performance are consistently aligned across all channels. Foster effective collaboration to maximize impact.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with external partners to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal promotions, and flash sales. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and optimized for product availability, messaging, and performance across external channels.
  • Budget Management & ROI Tracking: Work with partners to allocate and track marketing budgets across multiple channels, such as paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing. Regularly review campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Performance & KPI Management: Define clear KPIs for each external partner and monitor performance against these metrics. Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to ensure campaigns meet revenue and performance targets.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Strategy & Coordination
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute cohesive marketing strategies spanning email/SMS, paid search, paid social, organic social, and website content. Ensure a balanced and optimized marketing mix to achieve revenue and engagement goals.
  • Develop promotional strategies that maintain consistent messaging, branding, and product presentation across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment between the website, email, social media, and paid channels.
  • Work with external agencies, influencers, and other partners to plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with broader marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Use SEO tools like SEMRush and Screaming Frog to conduct keyword research, identify optimization opportunities, and develop targeted content strategies.
  • Work with content creators to optimize website copy and on-page elements, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Internal Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product, digital, and design teams to align product listings, creative assets, and campaign strategies with merchandising and business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring accuracy in product availability, pricing, and inventory across all channels.
  • Provide guidance to ensure all creative materials, from email designs to social posts and ads, reflect brand standards and effectively communicate product value.
  • Maintain a regular presence at PD meetings to represent the marketing team's perspective. Act on updates relevant to marketing that emerge from the PD meetings.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior to keep marketing strategies relevant and competitive.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Use these insights to drive innovation and growth.
  • Testing & Optimization
  • Implement a structured testing process across marketing campaigns, product listings, and promotional content to identify high-performing elements and refine strategies.
  • Regularly test and adjust campaign elements, such as ad creative, landing pages, email content, and promotional offers, to maximize performance metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization
  • Leverage customer data and insights to create segmented marketing strategies that deliver personalized experiences across email, SMS, and the website, driving increased engagement and conversions.
  • Implement customer segmentation frameworks to target specific demographics and personas, ensuring campaign relevance and boosting campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Marketing with 2 years of digital marketing experience, or minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO tools, and analytics
  • Proficiency in multichannel marketing and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with content marketing and performance marketing techniques
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent research, copywriting, and customer segmentation skills
  • Background in CPG marketing and strategies
