The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in paid media planning and buying and be well versed across various platforms including paid search, paid social, display and more. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (hands on experience required) across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, Snap nd more.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize results.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform media planning and buying decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Implement tracking pixels and conversion events to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve campaign performance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay current with industry trends and advancements.
