Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (hands on experience required) across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, Snap nd more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize results.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform media planning and buying decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to maximize budget efficiency.
- Implement tracking pixels and conversion events to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successful campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with industry trends and advancements.
