Senior Product Marketing / Content Strategy Manager
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing / Content Strategy Manager within our Marketing division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Virtually. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing effective content strategies that drive prospective customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, product positioning and messaging, and data analysis, and have a passion for crafting compelling narratives. You will report directly to the VP of Product and regularly collaborate with Sales, product marketing department, content writers and the creative team.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Content Strategy Development: Defining and implementing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. Conducting in-depth keyword research, industry analysis, and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities. Prioritizing data-driven insights to optimize content creation and distribution. Product Positioning and Messaging: Building a strong understanding of our market, value proposition, competitive landscape, and product features and benefits to inform content creation and strategic approach. Becoming a technical subject matter expert, translating complex product features into engaging sales enablement and client and prospect-facing content. Content Planning and Execution: Developing and managing detailed content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Overseeing the creation of various market-facing content formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content. Supporting the creation of sales- and operations-facing content to ensure products are successfully sold and supported. Optimizing content for search engines, including on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and AI. Supporting high-impact lead generation initiatives and product launches. Content Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates. Utilizing data insights to identify optimization opportunities and refine content strategies. Generating actionable reports to inform decision-making and future content planning. Driving continuous improvement in content processes and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related field. 5+ years in product marketing and content strategy in a high-growth environment, B2B software or financial services is preferred. Communications chameleon who can translate the value of our suite of products to C-level execs and end users alike, creating compelling, value-driven stories and translating them into enablement assets, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo narratives, for our sales teams. Create and direct the creation of externally-facing assets leveraging commercial insights, claims, customer stories, and value props, that support the regional sales team's needs. Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, global training, and other key stakeholders to ensure we have the content resources to drive successful lead generation and engagement. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities Data-driven and can make relevant inferences and evolve strategy from tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and our own product databases to drive decision-making.
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $90,000k - 150,000k.
