The Marketing Operations Analyst role exists to provide direct and continuous optimization of the people, processes, technology, and data components for the ministry marketing operations practice. This role interfaces directly with the business and service teams for the ministry and collaborates heavily with the Marketing Operations Architect to provide low-barrier, repeatable, effective marketing operations processes, as well as work on onboarding and continuous training options for FOF employees. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and maintains a full understanding of the end-to-end processes for multi-channel marketing communications to drive marketing productivity management efficiencies Defines and implements creative/content/marketing operations process flows to ensure the on-time delivery of marketing communications and resources, collaborating with the Marketing Operations Architect to bring these into fruition Develops and maintains an understanding of marketing productivity management systems and supporting metadata structures Drives continuous improvements in the marketing productivity processes by working with the Marketing Operations team and the business to reduce friction in the overall process Defines, implements, and maintains an integrated marketing operations training program for onboarding new employees as well as providing ongoing training resources via multiple learning methods Works collaboratively with business and Marketing Operations team to effectively prioritize improvement and optimization projects Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the ministry marketing reporting needs as pertains to marketing operations metadata structure and collaborates with BI and IT data warehouse teams to ensure that data integrity and quality are maintained Coaches and develops productivity management system and process users and actively seeks feedback for process improvements Actively monitors process risks and works with Marketing Operations Coordinator to eliminate roadblocks for the users Emphasizes customer satisfaction and works closely with project managers and end users to recommend business solutions and enhancements Retains knowledge of the ministry’s marketing needs and how the ministry functions to evaluate and respond to changing needs of the Aprimo system Other Duties/Responsibilities: Is available to assist in process design, mapping and engineering of any Marketing Operations processes Serves as backup resource for Marketing Operations Architect Performs all other duties as assigned Managerial Breadth/Scope of Job: General marketing management and planning, including process management Facilitates activities for teams of varying skills and functions from all areas of the ministry Provides training and direction to Focus personnel Working Environment/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced office environment with frequently changing priorities JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Character/Spiritual: Exemplifies Ephesians 5:1-2, “Therefore be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us...” Pursues the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you;
