Koru UX Design is actively looking for a Visual Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience as a visual designer or graphic designer and must hold a degree or diploma in fine arts/visual arts. They must enjoy working collaboratively with a team to continuously come up with new and effective marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

– Conceptualize and create digital assets for various marketing touchpoints such as social media posts, stories, email headers, infographics, newsletters, pop-up notifications, website headers etc

– Design and develop layouts for marketing and sales materials and presentations

– Design digital ads according to specific parameters for Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and custom sizes for other media placements

– Utilize current brand standards across industries and update standards as needed

– Work with the team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and contribute towards executing them

– Create and edit short video as a part of marketing collaterals

Requirements

– Versatile design portfolio that showcases technical capabilities as well as original aesthetic sense

– Good grasp of design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity Designer, Corel, Inkspace, Sketch

– Ability to independently conceptualize creative visual design for given copy

– Basic video editing/motion design capabilities

– Functional understanding of social media trends, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing

– Ability to meet short-deadlines

– Willingness to learn and grow on the job

– Capability to edit videos creatively
