The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us evolve our patient and provider products. In this role, you will join our product design team to drive outcomes by creating elegant user-centered product solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who has experience working in healthcare across the entire design process — user research, user experience, and interface design of responsive web-based applications. You’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and a team of engineers to drive outcomes that improve existing functionality and launch new product solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to execute solutions that improve existing functionality and launch new solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to discover user, business, and project needs and work iteratively in defining an appropriate solution.
- Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate your ideas and creative thinking.
- Conduct user research and testing to support and refine your design decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of how people use the products/services you design and begin to act as a voice of the user.
- Manage multiple priorities and juggle 2-3 design projects at a time.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- 2+ years of experience working in healthcare or health tech
- Excellent portfolio of products that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design.
- Highly proficient in current design and prototype tools (e.g., Figma)
- Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Compensation Range
$120,000 - $170,000 based on location and experience
