Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation:

  • Oversee and design creative assets for all digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and innovative visual identity.
  • Produce and edit video and still photography for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other digital content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute engaging designs that drive user engagement and brand visibility.

Email Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, from creative execution to delivery.
  • Write and optimize copy for email marketing flows, ensuring clear, persuasive communication that drives conversions.
  • Develop email strategies that align with broader marketing goals, targeting specific customer segments.

Advertising & Creative Execution:

  • Lead the design and execution of digital ads across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that ad creative aligns with messaging and brand identity.
  • Optimize ad creatives for performance, A/B testing, and improving KPIs.
  1. Website Optimization & Development:
  • Optimize website design and content to ensure a seamless user experience, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical elements align with the creative vision and support business objectives.
  • Implement analytics tracking on the website to monitor user behavior and make data-driven decisions to improve conversions and user experience.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and developers) to ensure all digital assets align with brand strategy.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and content creators, providing feedback and direction to ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in digital design, video production, and email marketing to keep creative efforts fresh and relevant.
