Do you enjoy diving into various projects and making an impact? We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to join our Shared Services - Marketing team. In this role, you will enjoy a dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. As a vital part of our team, you will:
- Event Management: Coordinate marketing, customer, and industry events (both in-person and virtual), handling logistics, invitations, registration, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Content and Design: Write copy and create graphics for marketing materials, including campaigns, ads, emails, social media posts, presentations, blog articles, and webpages.
- Task Management and Coordination: Monitor, reply to, and route requests from other departments. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Branded Materials: Manage the acquisition and replenishment of branded materials, including giveaway items, tradeshow materials, and print assets. Manage the company pop-up store.
- Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with external contacts, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, identify trends, and help identify target audiences.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Support: Perform administrative support duties, which may include CRM data entry, managing marketing lists, maintaining marketing materials, and managing sales and marketing software tools.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, English, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
Professional / Technical Knowledge:
Required:
- Agile task management, managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing platforms and activities, including content, design, social, digital, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite or Canva for design tasks.
- Familiarity with marketing technology (e.g., CRM software, CMS, marketing automation, social media platforms, event management platforms, analytics tools).
