About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Social Media Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts across social platforms. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement through innovative and high-performing paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Align campaigns with business objectives, target audience insights, and brand messaging.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve performance goals, such as ROI, CPA, and engagement metrics.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Create and manage audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and lookalike modeling.
- Use data-driven strategies to refine audience targeting and improve campaign performance.
Ad Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, videos, and ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives to identify top-performing content.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics using platform analytics and third-party tools.
- Optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative updates to improve KPIs.
Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Experiment with emerging social media platforms and ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable success.
- Proficiency in social ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visuals and engaging content.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or other social ad platforms.
- Knowledge of tracking and attribution models, including UTM tagging and pixel implementation.
