Job Posting: Social Media Customer Engagement -Digital Beauty Advisor Duration: 1-year minimum, potential for 2 years Pay Rate: 31/hr Location: Hybrid, with on-site training in Berkeley Heights, NJ About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Beauty Advisor , to engage with our community across social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You'll provide timely responses, insights, and recommendations to enhance consumer experiences while supporting social strategies and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Engage with fans and followers across all social platforms. Support brand and public channels with insights and custom responses. Track social KPIs and maintain response rate and satisfaction benchmarks. Document and report consumer feedback for product and strategy improvements. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of social media engagement experience. Strong organizational and writing skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms and CRM tools. Flexibility to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment. Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
