Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is an in-office position within a professional workplace, and remote work is not an option. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of paid media channels, including, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads. Paid Search will be the role's primary focus, consisting of keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance reporting. You will also be responsible for optimizing paid media channels, including ideation and implementation of A/B tests in-platform and on landing pages. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail. Responsibilities: Assist in paid media channel duties, such as keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign builds. Monitor paid media channel performance and budgets, optimizing as needed. Generate regular performance reports and insights. Ideate and implement A/B tests across ad platforms and landing pages. Research industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with the internal design team for asset creation and testing. Assist in other digital marketing efforts as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 1 years of experience in Google Ads Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization concepts and tactics. Proficient in using analytics tools for detailed reporting (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce & Hubspot). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
