What you’ll do:
We are seeking a relationship-driven producer to build partnerships with cultural institutions worldwide and design unique experiences that showcase diverse cultural offerings. The role involves managing partnerships from outreach to operational integration, ensuring seamless execution.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Partnerships: Identify and engage cultural institutions to create innovative collaborations.
- Experience Design: Co-develop unique experiences tailored for XXXX’s global audience.
- Onboarding: Guide partners through setup and integration into XXXX’s systems.
- Production Oversight: Manage live and virtual experiences, ensuring smooth execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics, analyze feedback, and optimize outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in cultural partnerships or program management.
- Strong relationship-building, project management, and creative skills.
- Passion for cultural experiences and familiarity with cultural institutions.
Perks & Pay:
• $65.00-$73.00 per hour, with regular shift (9:00 am-5:00 pm)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefits kick in after 60 days
