Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid, 3 days in office)

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with our business objectives. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Build and run paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Set up, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns, ad groups, and keywords for optimal performance.
- Manage the allocation and optimization of advertising budgets to maximize ROI. Implement effective bidding strategies to meet performance goals.
- Craft compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversions. Continuously analyze ad performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Regularly generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.Use data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert in providing insight into paid search strategy and performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies. Apply the latest best practices in paid search marketing to our campaigns.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3+ years working in the B2B SaaS vertical - Minimum of 4+ years working in SEM channels with strong success record - Prior ownership of marketing pipe or revenue targets is a requirement - Strong, hands-on-keys expertise with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 - Self-starter who can catch a leadership vision and bring it to life on their own - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and conversion tracking - Understanding of sophisticated bidding metrics – tCPA, tROAS, offline revenue uploads, custom weighted conversions - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
