Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Recharge Media PBC in Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the team and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload Experience with administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of basic accounting principles Discretion and confidentiality
