About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online community growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop and communicate scheduled reporting to the marketing team
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and live streams.
  • Run social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated campaigns.
  • Development of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor brand mentions and respond to inquiries and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online influencers and communities.
  • Make strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality social media content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative and proactive with a passion for social media.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
